What we collect
When you send a request, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, contact details, your role on the claim, the state, the carrier, a claim number if you give one, and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from.
How we use it
We use it only to answer your request, check for conflicts and, if an assignment follows, to carry it out. We do not sell or rent your information.
Site measurement
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting it
Requests that do not become assignments are not kept longer than needed to respond. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email nelson@skylandclaimsresolution.com.
